Pilates Studio and Reformers Classes
Polestar Pilates is an internationally recognised teacher training organisation with training programs offered to allied health and fitness professionals in over 28 countries. Exercises are designed to tone your entire body and to improve your posture and core strength. The exercises focus on the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine yet also strengthens and tones the arms, buttocks and legs creating long lean muscles without building bulk.
Trish has personally practiced yoga for 20 years and Studio Pilates for the last 10 years and decided to extend her practice further into teaching after personally experiencing the wonderful benefits from both modalities. She loves good food, interesting conversations, a good laugh and..... above all...... believes that improving the mind-body connection is essential to good health and greater enjoyment of all that your life has to offer!
