ABOUT THE INNER8CENTRE...

Hi and thank you for your time!  My name is Toni Schoen and since 2006 I have been the owner operator of the Inner8Centre  located in Harvey W.A.

Previous to this I was  teaching Yogalates  around the city of Perth.  After a couple of years my body and well being was being compromised due to the driving and carting of props/mats to 8 different venues per week.

 
As much as I was really enjoying teaching and seeing many people love & benefit greatly from Yogalates, I really needed to be teaching in one place. Especially if I wanted to continue teaching and most importantly not lose the great benefits that I had gained from five years of Yoga then training as a Yogalates teacher.  
Hence The Inner8Centre was born (which in it’s previous life was the Harvey post office) as the old saying goes “from being in the right place at the right time”  or to quote another saying “the universe provided” see...............you do get what you ask for!

So in the past five years the centre has grown from running a few Yogalates classes a week to holding Goddess Workshops, Yogalates teacher training and setting up 2 Massage rooms; just to name a few of the ventures undertaken with many more exciting ones coming up!
